Charlie began managing his own account in 1991, trading stocks, stock options, futures, and futures options. He later traded forex markets and was a beta tester for one of the first forex platforms to be introduced to the public in 1996. In the following years, Charlie developed his own trading methodology for almost every domestic market available. His choices remain the Treasuries, S&P, and Euro Currency, as well as any liquid options market. Charlie has a long-standing consulting relationship with OptionVue Systems, Inc. for whom he writes articles and tests new products.

Charlie became a broker for Foremost Trading, LLC in 2003.

John Haffner
John Haffner

John Haffner has been with Foremost Trading, since April of this year. Before coming to Foremost, John was a full-time professional futures trader, for four years in downtown Chicago. Although he has traded several futures markets, the grains are his area of expertise and he actively researches and tests numerous trading strategies. He received a Masters degree in Business from the University of Mississippi and is an avid golfer and reader.

Mark Ivers has worked in the futures industry since 1983. His main focus lies in servicing customer trading programs as well as assisting with their personal portfolios.

Jeff Parker

Foremost met Jeff back in 2004, and he recently joined their team full time in 2008. His background includes positions that have ranged from V.P. of Sales for Lexington Capital Partners to working with Fleet Bank on their institutional trading desk. Jeff’s main focus today is on Managed Futures programs, system trading & implementation, and Forex. He is constantly looking for top CTA performers in both Futures and Forex arenas.

Peter Rives

Peter Rives began his commodities career in 1982 as a runner at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He steadily moved up the ranks working as a phone clerk, trading desk manager, currency director and floor broker with a client list that included national banks and two of the top five hedge funds. During his career, Peter has studied and traded most of the major futures markets. He learned the technical side of trading during his tenure in the research department of Dean Witter. Peter continued his work on the trading floor until October 2000 when he saw the gradual migration of volume from the trading pits to the screens and the surge of interest in system trading. Peter’s turned his focus to using electronic order entry systems and implementing trading systems.

Paul Roussos

Paul Roussos brings more than 30 years of experience in the futures markets to the position of branch manager at Foremost Trading, LLC’s Chicago office. Like many others at Foremost Trading, Paul was working in the brokerage industry for years before the NFA was formed. He specializes in research, trading and marketing that he shares with his client base. Paul has a passion for working with beginning traders and enjoys sharing trading techniques and philosophies. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University.

Kenny Rueter
Kenny Rueter

Kenny Rueter heads up the West Coast office for Foremost Trading, LLC in Irvine, Calif. He specializes in mechanical trading systems and the use of technology to create, evaluate and enhance trading programs and processes. Kenny holds Series 3 and 30 licenses and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Biola University in Southern California.

Russell Rzeszutko

Twenty-five-year futures broker veteran Russell Rzeszutko has been registered with Foremost Trading, LLC since 1998. He was a Series 7 stockbroker from 1984 to 1988. Since 1996 he has also been an adjunct faculty member at Oakton Community College teaching courses in financial information services. He both teaches and trades with a focus on technical analysis.

Dave Woods has traded futures for more than a decade while owning two restaurants in the Chicago area. Dave enjoys working with business owners and those with an entrepreneurial spirit. His focus is on finding trading systems, CTAs, and managed programs that fit his clients’ investment goals and servicing his clients with integrity. In his spare time, Dave is an avid chess player and enjoys discussions in economics and politics. Dave studied computer science and political science at DePaul University.
